CONCERNS/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS & DIRECTIONS:
We hereby propose to inspect the residence located at within days of acceptance of this proposal.
Fee: $ 425 Based on 5 hours of field and office work and home under 3,500 sq. ft. If client or client's representative is present during the field inspection and adds to man hours due to interaction by questions, explanations, phone conversations, etc., a pro-rated fee of $100 per hour will be added to the base fee.

The inspection process includes a thorough analysis by a licensed building inspector. The inspection encompasses the entire building including the major components of Structure, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating systems. The inspection report details the existing conditions, materials used in the construction or mechanical areas, recommendations for maintenance and upkeep, and the estimated remaining life of the major components. Items are visually examined during the evaluation of accessible areas. The inspection is not intended to be technically exhaustive nor shall it be construed as a compliance evaluation. A basic well/septic evaluation is included as part of the overall inspection, however that does not include water analysis or septic tank pumping or borings into the drainfield.

THE INSPECTION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF THE ADEQUACY OR PERFORMANCE OF THE STRUCTURES, SYSTEMS, OR THEIR COMPONENT PARTS.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES IS REQUIRED IN ADVANCE OR ON THE DAY OF INSPECTION IF CLIENT IS PRESENT.

INSPECTIONS WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE WITH ALLPERMITS.
