Quality evaluations since 1985 The inspection process includes a thorough analysis by a licensed building inspector. The inspection encompasses the entire building including the major components of Structure, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating systems. The inspection report details the existing conditions, materials used in the construction or mechanical areas, recommendations for maintenance and upkeep, and the estimated remaining life of the major components. Items are visually examined during the evaluation of accessible areas. The inspection is not intended to be technically exhaustive nor shall it be construed as a compliance evaluation. THE INSPECTION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF THE ADEQUACY OR PERFORMANCE OF THE STRUCTURES, SYSTEMS, OR THEIR COMPONENT PARTS. Pricing/Fee structure is based on square footage, age, and location along with individual client requirements. The following fee schedule should be used as a guideline for determining the overall inspection costs: SINGLE FAMILY / MULTI - FAMILY / CONDOMINIUM RESIDENCES Base fee up to 3,500 square feet (5 Hours allowed) After five hours of inspection $425.00 $100.00/hr. COMMERCIAL All commercial buildings are on a quote basis only. A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS. You can also fill out a Printable Work Order Request/Inspection Contract and mail or fax it to us along with MLS profile sheet and seller's disclosure statement.
