    • Each township, village, or city requires this permit for any type of improvement to your home, place of business, or property.

  • Soil Erosion Control

    • If you are located within 500 feet of a lake or stream, or plan on disturbing more than an acre, then this type of permit is required.

  • Health Department

    • Well and Sewage Disposal permits are required for all types of new construction, whether residential or commercial, and for repair or replacement of existing systems.

  • Driveway

    • Required for all new construction on a vacant lot whether a county or state road.

  • Construction

    • Each township, village, county, or state agency has policies, statutes, or ordinances which mandate what you can or can not do with your own property.

  • MDEQ - Wetlands - Dunes

    • Wetland and Critical Dune permits are required in regulated areas.

OUR SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE SITE SURVEYS, LOT STAKING, ENGINEERING OR APPLICATION FEES INCURRED ON BEHALF OF THE LOT OWNER TO OBTAIN THE NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION/HEALTH DEPARTMENT PERMITS.
